"As a retired Army officer, it is second nature for my father to maintain his aggressive workout regiment.
At 62 years old, my father still lifts weights and runs daily.
His weight was under control and he felt great. He had lots of energy (enough to beat me at racquetball) and worked long hours in the garden hauling heavy loads.
Dad maintains a full work schedule as well. Primarily as the CFO of my company, Paragon Brokerage and, of course, running errands for Mom!

Two years ago, a routine stress test showed an abnormality in Dad’s heart function. His doctor told him that it was probably nothing to worry about; especially considering the great shape Dad was in. Nevertheless, Mom and I convinced him to schedule a heart scan with Dr. Feingold. It’s expensive, yes, but why take a chance with your health we asked?

The results of the scan were staggering. Dad had severe blockages in several of his main arteries. One was so severe Dr. Feingold estimated it at 95% obstructed. He wondered aloud at why my father hadn’t had a heart attack.

In a matter of hours, Dad was scheduled for surgery to implant several stints into his arteries. Blood thinners were prescribed and Dad was given a new lease on life.

It is no exaggeration to say that Dr. Feingold saved my Father’s life. When I weigh the value of his life, vs. the cost of the procedure that saved it, I conclude a greater bargain has never existed.
