Our core visit hours are from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Staff answers our phones from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

We attempt to handle your treatment questions as expeditiously as possible. Your call will be directed to your doctor’s medical assistant and they will in turn, consult with your physician.

We will try to return non-emergency calls on the same business day; calls after 4:00pm will be returned next business day, however, it may take longer to review your record with your cardiologist, who may be in the hospital.

Please keep in mind that we are assisting scheduled appointments and we will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

In an acute emergency, you should always call 911 and our on-call cardiologist will be notified of your arrival at one of our affiliated hospital emergency rooms.
